OUTLOOK EXPRESSWON'T START

When my wife is logged on her Outlookexpress won't start . when you try to start it all that happens os it goes to her local folder of Outlook Express  and won't go any futher .Won't do anything I have to close by Ctrl Alt and delete.  When I 'am logged on I can get OUTLOOK EXPRESS to work OK .
I recently up gradded to INTERNET EXPLORER 7 , did this do something ?
Please help.

Some have had e-mail problems with O.E. after upgrading to I.E.7, although I have I.E.7 and no problems with O.E.
 
However, make sure your wife's log on  profile is set up to allow O.E.  You may have to delete her profile and re-establish it to get it set up correctly.

OK help me find my log on profile , I thought I knew where to get it , but I guess I dont'.
