palm cannot find network through bluetooth or wlan- wireless d-link network

I have an Inspiron e1505 dell wireless 1390 mini card this laptop is connected to my wireless network via d-link.  I have read and read and tried things but I wanted to connect my palm tungsten T2 which is bluetooth compt.  Bluetooth can not connect to wireless connection.  please help!

Your 1390 wireless adapter is not a Bluetooth device. If you did not purchase one when you originally purchased your system you can add one since this is a customer removable part. You can find the location to install the Bluetooth adapter from here

hi gina,
 
i did buy a portable bluetooth device which i connect thru my usb.  I still can not connect my tungsten t2 wirelessly to the internet.

Bluetooth is a short range radio. It is typically meant to be used as a secure connection between devices such as your PDA to your portable computer to sync data; however you can use it to connect to the internet. To connect to the internet you must have a router that sends out the bluetooth signal. However, most people that have a PDA will use the 802.11x wi-fi since it will connect up to 300 feet (in perfect line of site). What router are you trying to connect to?
