Your 1390 wireless adapter is not a Bluetooth device. If you did not purchase one when you originally purchased your system you can add one since this is a customer removable part. You can find the location to install the Bluetooth adapter from
here.
Bluetooth is a short range radio. It is typically meant to be used as a secure connection between devices such as your PDA to your portable computer to sync data; however you can use it to connect to the internet. To connect to the internet you must have a router that sends out the bluetooth signal. However, most people that have a PDA will use the 802.11x wi-fi since it will connect up to 300 feet (in perfect line of site). What router are you trying to connect to?
