PCI modem drivers missing

Im working on my friends laptop (inspiron 5100) he just picked up second hand, he cant go online,,,when i plug the lan cable in nothing hapens.  

 

There were a few drivers missing so i re installed them using the drivers on dell site,

 

got rid of most of the nasty yellow errors in my device manager exept one.

 

that one being the PCI modem.

 

i cant seem 2 find the drivers anywhere, i have downloaded the chipset  allready thnking that might fix it.

 

i beg you please help me :D
