PCI Wireless Adapter or USB 2.0 Wireless Adapter?

Okay I want to start a wireless network starting with two computers and I want to know if it would be better to get a PCI Wireless Adapter or a USB 2.0 Wireless Adapter. Does it make a difference and will they both be as fast, if not which is faster and more reliable?

(Kit that comes with everything needed to start wireless network, has the USB Adapter)

OR

(If I go with the PCI Wireless Adapter I purchase these two things separately, same router as above)

Personally, I like USB2, but my bride likes the PCI solution.

I don't mind the cables and like the flexibility of changing things out at will

She doesn't do a lot of "reconfiguring" of her PC so PCI is both neater and "worry free."

Performance wise, you should be fine with either solution but the USB will be a bit more CPU intensive than the PCI.
