pcmcia problem, need help

Dear all,

Any one can help me?, i have problem with my dell latitude cpi a-series.
my problem is:
when i use pcmcia card ethernet or pcmcia wifi that use 10/100 the pcmcia slot in my dell
won't work correctly. ex:
1.i use linksys pcmcia wifi, the wifi can accociate with the other wifi
but not work correctly (i can explain more because long explanation)
2.this problem also happen on my pcmcia ethernet card xircom 10/100, that pcmcia slot ca detach but not work
correctly.
all problem happen on card pcmcia that use 10/100mpps
when i tray use pcmcia that use 10/10mbps. all stuf work very good.

just for information i use win 2000 profesional (up to date) in the pcmcia slot detech like ( texas .....)

i think that enough for now about my problem, i hope any one can help me.
