PCTEL 2304WT V.9x MDC Modem - This device cannot start (code 10)
Just reformatted and reinstalled WinXP Pro on a Latitude C640. I cannot get the modem to work. Have downloaded the latest driver and still doesn't work. I get the error message 'This device cannot start (code 10)"
