Sorry, but you need to have some patience and realize that this forum is
not an instant messaging service. Adjust your attitude and I'm sure someone can be of help. It's a user to user forum and when other users have time to check in, they may be able to help.
To help troubleshoot this problem, on the computer that is having the problem, go to Start > Run and type
cmd then click OK. In the command prompt window that opens, type
ipconfig /all then hit the enter key. Write down the output from this command or select it and save it to a txt file, then copy this output into a reply to this message. We can then work from there.
My apologies to you and other posters on this forum.
My last post was not an indication of impatience or a bad attitude. I just assumed that if anyone knew the answer, they would have replied already. I guess that comes from expecting folk to work at the same pace as myself, lol.
I have copied your instructions down and I'll get onto that first thing in the morning when I get access to the laptop.
