Is it possible that someone reset the wireless security settings? If it is, press and hold the reset button on the router to return it to its default settings (no security enabled). If it now works, you can add the security settings back, one at a time, checking each time to make sure everything still works.
Thanks Steve...just was able to connect to internet. Apparently, the connection is retrieved by pressing "function" button and F2. All is well. Thank you so much for your response.
