Pop up blocker problem
It appears that my pop up blocker is preventing me from connecting to some web sites. I tried to disable the pop up blocker but still get blocked. Could my security settings be causing my problem? Also, I tried to change the security setting and my computer won't let me.
Can anyone help?

Pop up blocker on the browser? Like the Google Bar?
Security settings in your browser or in the Windows Firewall?
If we are taling about the security settings in the browser reset everything to default and then change only the settings as you see fit.
Check the Trusted sites and restricted sites.

I've checked the pop up on the tool bar and also on my web browser. I'll reset to the default settings and give it a try.
