printer problems
i am having trouble with printiner not working i have a dell inspiron 1545 and have a canon wireless pixma mg5220 printer i cant seem toget theport and the driver to be the same i have uniinstalled and reinstalled about 4 times wheni goto printer it tells me to select the printer which it shows up but wont let me apply it so it prints it willprint a test page but when i try to print from the internet it freezes the page andwont print

Make and model of your wireless router is helpful.
What type of security and channel are you using?
Make and model of your computer and operating system is also helpful. 32-bit or 64-bit? If using Windows 7, did the computer come with Windows 7 or was it upgraded?

the router is actiontic pk5000 the computer is an inspiron 1545 windows came installed on it i have nortons security and i believe it is 64 bit
i had a company solve some issues on the computer because i couldnt get explorer to open and ever since they cleaned it up my printer doesnt print anything on the internet the page freezes and then it tells me to pick a printer but doesnt let me apply it i had another message comes up that said the driver and port arent associating

Try using these Recommended Wireless Router Settings in your wireless router, I use channel 11. How to login to your wireless router
Before we proceed further, run Finding System Information remove your product Id and post back the rest of the information.
