Thanks.. no luck there.... The printer is not conenected directly to her laptop, it is on a wireless network... Even if it were an HP LaserJet III compatible item, the fact that the printer - the whole hoe network even - cannot be found while in Citrix is the problem...
I must admit, I am no expert with Citrix. I have used it, but usually it was already setup by my company via the web. Sorry I could not provide any good answers.
Yeah - all her work printers are there on her computer, so she could print to them (even from our house), but that doesn't help when you want the printout in your hands at home....
When she said "Citrix," I immediately had visions of stuff I don't understand - heck, I was happy just to get the wireless network set up with normal printer sharing....
If our experience is anything to go by, you won't be able to get the printer set up so that Citrix will recognise it. As I understand it, Citrix creates a virtual machine, which can only see the remote network: the Citrix environment is (intentionally) completely isolated from the local PC.
