Problem with Apache and Truemobile router; cannot access server in external IP address

I have recently set up an Apache Server on Windows XP, with the use of a Apache Server version 2. I set up port forwarding for the correct addresses, and I can access my Server internaly by 127.0.0.1 but when I enter my external address it asks me for the router password. I'm not sure why it is doing this, but I need to fix it.

Some one please help me resolve this!
