problem with broadcom bcm modem

Question

Since yesterday i have some problem with my modem when i query the modem i receive an error   modem fail to load ......bla bla   don't know what happening since yesterday.   tell me what can go wrong   thanks

Uninstall the modem in the Windows device manager, restart Windows and it will be detected and reinstalled.  See if that corrects it.
