There is a disk that comes with it that the Quick Start guide says is required "for full functionality" -- but I would think many features would work without it.  You can get the documentation at the following link if you don't already have it:  www.microsoft.com/.../default.aspx  Also, if  you don't have the disk you can get a download here:  www.microsoft.com/.../download.aspx

I don't need the driver for the keyword or mouse. I read the manual for my notebook, my laptop has an integrated wireless antenna that may be able to use and does not use the flash drive that comes with the keyboard.
