Problem with Realtek Ethernet Controler

Hi All!I have a problem with Realtek Ethernet Controler in my Dell Vostro 3560. My cable was plugged in, but i couldn't connect to internet. I went in to device manager and noticed that my Realtek network controller was not in the device list under network adapters. I then tried to reinstall my LAN drivers from Dell (http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/19/DriverDetails/Product/vostro-3560?driverId=0XCVW&osCode=WB64A&fileId=3285731506&languageCode=EN&categoryId=NI) which is how I got it to work in the first place. However, this time when it 'finishes' installing an error pops up and says 'The Realtek Network Controller was not found. If deep sleep mode is enabled Please plug the cable.' I'm using Windows 8.1 pro 64bits. Now i'm using wifi, but it's not comfortable for me! Is anyone can help me, please??

Power down the system.

Power up the system and press F2, this should put you into the BIOS setup.

Look for the setting for "Onboard LAN" or "Integrated NIC" and change from enabled to disabled. Load up Windows 8.1.

Leave it for a few minutes. Power down the system.

Thank you so much! I did it, but my Ethernet hasn't worked again. Maybe I should try reinstall my Windows.HAPPY NEW YEAR! :emotion-2:
