Power down the system.
Power up the system and press F2, this should put you into the BIOS setup.
Look for the setting for "Onboard LAN" or "Integrated NIC" and change from enabled to disabled. Load up Windows 8.1.
Leave it for a few minutes. Power down the system.
Look for the setting for "Onboard LAN" or "Integrated NIC" and change from disabled to enabled. Load up Windows 8.1 and see if it works.

Thank you so much! I did it, but my Ethernet hasn't worked again. Maybe I should try reinstall my Windows.HAPPY NEW YEAR! :emotion-2:
