problem with winipcfg
I installed a 10/100Mbps fast ethernet car in my dell Dimension yps t600r and everthing whent fine, put cant get on the internet. The device shows up in devive manager with no problem, also shows up in network settings but when I go to winipcfg to check the device it is not even listed. device card works fine tried it in another pc no problem.

In Windows 98, the first device that shows in winipcfg is the ppp connection. If you click on the down arrow next to the ppp connnection, is your network card listed?
