Problem with wireless connection
I have an intel 3945 wireless card on my xps1530...
I also have a NETGEAR wireless router at home and a broadband connection to it.
Although i can connect to the internet thru my laptop wirelessly, the problem is...
every time i resume my laptop from sleep mode, the connection to the net doesnt get re-established.
I have tried switchin the wifi button on/off, also tried refreshing connections, using windows diagnostics etc.
no luck!
Eventually, i have to either restart my laptop or re-plug the router.. only then is the connection re-established.
Its becoming increasingly annoying to switch my router off/on evertime i put my laptop on sleep.
Please help.
Thanks.

Similar problems have been reported many times in this forum - I guess you haven't searched.
Two suggestions -
1. Install the latest drivers for that network adapter from the Intel web site.
2. Set the Power Management settings to always supply full power. It should still power it off during standby, and, hoplefully recover when coming out of standby.
