I'm having exactly the same problem. In my case, every several minutes the indicator shows low wireless signal, and the wireless communication stops (although the computer shows that it is still connected)
The only solution is to manually disconnect and reconnect.
Here is my system info:

Sorry, long Monday. Try disabling the bluetooth in the adapter. Not sure where to look for it, I think it may be under network. Enable it when you need to use it.
Also click on pwoer management and uncheck the box, allow this computer to turn off this device to save power.
Glad everything is working perfectly for you! :emotion-21: Thanks for posting back.
I uncheck the power management for everything in the device manager, except the Microsoft Virtual Mini Port adapters, they give an error when unchecked.
That's what we're here for, to work together to help the others set their issues corrected. There are times I work and if you or someone else provides the information for the person a little quicker, getting the issue in a timely matter is what helps.

anoaman,
Start, control panel, device manager, network, double click on Intel(R) Centrino(R) Wireless-N 1030, click on advanced. Some members have had better luck if they disable the bluetooth when not in use.
Also click on power management. Uncheck the box, allow this computer to turn off the device to save power.

I didn't need to disable the Bluetooth, I have only unchecked the option 'allow this computer to turn off this device to save power'
It is worth mentioning that I have unchecked this box for the Bluetooth and for the network adapters.
It is now working perfectly, thanks!
