try resetting the router (usually you hold down the reset button for 15 seconds or so). this will clear all your settings but will hopefully get rid of any problems. setup your router again but use a different SSID this time. reset up your clients.
make sure your client adapters have the latest drivers and firmware.
make sure the router is running the latest firmware (and do the hard reset procedure immediately before and after a firmware update).
if you continue to have problems, you may need a new router.
Thanks it worked for a while then it when back to what was happening before . But I saw somewhere here that say that if you have a wireless phone 2.4 ghz that it may cause problems with wireles internet . I have 3 of those type of phones. If it is the cause what can I do so it will stop the problem?
also try setting the wireless channel on the router to an extreme (1 or 11). try both settings. do the same to the phone if possible (to the opposite extreme of course).
