Problems with Dell 2350 router

I downloaded a file from torrent last week, when my wireless connection disappeared from my laptop. My father who also have wireless connection still finds our wireless network. Me on the other side only find our neighbors wireless network. At some times it pops up a wireless network called the same as our, but it's with out encryption code and it's a picture of 2 computers "talking" instead of the usual wireless connection picture.

 

Do anyone know what's wrong?:smileyhappy: this is really starting to annoy me:smileymad:
