u'll have to reset the BIOS by restarting the computer and when u see the blue dell logo u'll have to tap the F2 key on your keyboard so that u'll get the system set up page and then on that page you have to press the ALT ans F key and the same time once and you will get a beep and that will reset the BIOS and then press ESC and select SAVE and EXIT and press enter and then the blue tooth will be enabled and then you can connect it to your phone....
