Q: networking multiple locations

i am with a small buisness that would like to start networking and get an intranet. is it possible to do this if there are three different locations?

How many employees?  If less than 75, Windows Small Business Server 2003 is the perfect solution for your needs.  The domain controller, the SBS box, can be in one location, and you can remote into the box from anywhere in the world.

so this is hardware, right? we have about 50 employee's and only about 20 need the access to the intranet. we just need inter office emails and program sharing. if this is a solution it would be fantastic. i have been looking and everything else seems to cost thousands a month. i will definatly take this directly to my boss and get back to you. thank you so much.

SBS sets up your own Intranet as well as providing access to the internet.  You can share documents, libraries, lists, etc, etc, etc.  SBS is right the product for you.  If you tell me where you are located, I could put one of the best installers in your area doing the install and configuration.

we are located in michigan city, IN and one office is in Chigago and one in Michigan. we would like to like all the offices to make payroll and memos so much easier.
