Question about Dell Networking

Hey this is my first time using these boards so go easy on me! I am looking to buy a Dell but I'm not too smart when it comes to computers.Do Dell computers come with a network card?? The one I am looking to buy is a Dell Inspiron Desktop. Thanks!

Most Dell computers come with a standard ethernet network adapter/card and an optional wireless USB or PCI adapter card.

You will be VERY hard pressed to find any consumer grade PC/laptop without a standard (10/100) ethernet port.
