Please update your Dell Community Forum user profile with the service tag of the Inspiron 500m.  Generally, the bluetooth option is toggled using the [Fn] - [F2] key combination.

Thanks.  I just realized I don't think I got the internal bluetooth card when I ordered my notebook.  Thanks.  Will update the profile.
