I think you're right. I was having all kinds of speed issues and the cable company sent a tech who changed my modem from a com21 to a terayon715. All the speed issues are gone but now I have this new problem. I'm going to call them. The only problem with that is you have a 50/50 chance of getting someone who knows what they're doing. This sounds like a problem with your cable ISP or cable modem. Contact your ISP for further help on the matter.
