Thanks for the webpage, it was very helpful, got it all reformatted, but still having the same problem we had that caused us to reformat. We're getting the error 633 when we try to dial our ISP. I've researched it online alot and have seen alot of people have this same problem. I've tried alot of different things. Have uninstalled the modem and reinstalled it. Checked to see if any applications were running. There wasn't any running, there is no software on this computer. We have Windows XP.
Any suggestions, or information would be greatly appreciated.
