Reinstalled windows and wireless internet won't work

Hey guys, got a problem here.  I reinstalled windows and got pretty much all the drivers except the wireless stuff set up.  Direct internet works.  The only download that I didn't understand was the HTML one for the network.  I downloaded it and extracted it and then was like...what do I do =[  If that's the problem, then I think I need help on actually doing it.  Please note that none of the CDs I have do...like anything- so I can't insert any driver installation CD.  Thank you very much for your help, please try to get back to me soon so I can move my computer upstairs finally.

No, that would be the regular network adapter built into the motherboard for the system.

One way would be to physically check the card.  If you ordered teh system with wireless it would be listed on the packing slip/order details as well.

S Stine,

Maybe this will help, I think you may have missed something like the Desktop System Software or Notebook System Software and the Chipset or SMBus driver

How to Install Drivers in Microsoft® Windows® on Dell Systems

Since the operating system was re-installed did you remember to go to drivers and downloads, enter your service tag(DO NOT POST SERVICE TAG here or your post will get deleted, since it contains your personal information), and install these drivers in this order.

Desktop System Software or Notebook System Software
Chipset or SMBus driver
Processor Driver (if applicable)
Video
Audio (sound)
Input Drivers (keyboard/mouse)
Modem
Network Card
