reinstalling Embassy Trust Suite

I accidentally deleted Embassy Trust Suite from my Dell Latitude D620 laptop a few days ago. Since then a window keeps appearing saying that it is trying to update the pre boot manager. I have tried to download Embassy Trust Suite from the Dell website but every time i click on download, a seperate window appears saying that there is no connection to the internet.

If I can't download it from the Dell site, where else can I download it for free? The message about the pre boot manager pops up on the screen every 30 to 40 secs and is starting to get very annoying

I am running on XP service pack 3
