Here's a website that lists login info for some common routers: http://www.devlib.org/forums/thread13.html

Configuring a home network router is usually done with an internet browser.
If you know your computer's default gateway (which is also yor router's IP address), then you can type that address in to the "address" bar in a browser, and the browser will load web pages that let you configure your router.
To determine your default gateway, try clicking start, run, then type "cmd" and press enter. You should then type "ipconfig /all" and note the default gateway from the output.
Now close DOS, go back to windows, load your favorite browser, and type the gateway address in the same place you would type a URL like "yahoo.com". This should bring up your router's configuration utility. For my linksys, the address is "http://192.168.1.1"
Router configuration pages are often password protected, but if you've never been in yours before, there will be a default password specific to the make and model of that router. You can look up the default password for your router on the net.
The web pages that actually configure the router are all different depending on the manufacturer.
I hope this helps someone.
