Install and run FireFox browser. In tough cases, I have been able to replace my anti-virus with AVAST (free for Home use, registration key) or AVG either of which find and allow me to remove many malware types. When I get done, I uninstall the temporary A-V program and re-enable the original (which, for us, is Symantec 2005 corporate).
