Saving / Backing up

Can anyone advise me why, when saving all my folders to my documents folder, at the top of the  folder appears the words Unspecified (15) but when copying this to a memory stick or dvd, these words do not appear.  It is not causing any problem apart from the fact that I would like to know what caused this.   Probably myself??
