screen jumps when on internet

Are you absolutely sure it's only when you are on line?  There's nothing in the Browser software that would make it do that.

It appears to only occur when on-line, and then not continually. The screen jumps so bad at times you cannot read the page, and at times does nothing. I do not remember this occuring with just documents off-line.

 

What's up with that??

Hi Fireberd - I was having problems with my screen jumping when I work on it. I originally thought it only occurred on-line, but this morning I was off-line and it still jumped. Any ideas??  I appreciate any help you can provide.
