A couple things to try.

1)  Download a different browser (netscape) and try

2)  Check your cookie settings Tools/Options/Privacy TAB... to accept all (just for testing)

3)  Clear your cache & cookies (tool/options/delete cookies, delete files)

4) It doesn't sounds like a browser security setting problem... however, you can test and set it to low.

Give these a try.  Good luck!

I recently had the same problem tried everything like u did, but then i found another possible solution if u have a security program like Norton Internet Security, un install it & then try a secure site after restarting ur computer. Mine worked fine after that & then i re-installed Norton Internet security & now everything works beautifully.
