Send a message over network
Hi, I am the admin of my network at home and I do a lot of updating of files and folders and I was woundering if there was a way to send a message to the 2 other computers on my network saying something like, "Hey check out the new songs that were just updated" but I don't want to have to have a program running on each computer such as a messanger program. I found something that you can do it through a cmd prompt but i could not get it to work.. Do you have any ways that I could do this.. It would not have to be fancy just even a plain pop up box.. and would not have to be able to reply back to me on the other computer.. thanks
