I want a Computer at reception to handle all business, bookings etc, and a computer in each guest room for the guest to use. Where would I go to get consultation on the best set-up?

Setting up a Wi-Fi network in a Inn can be very tricky, trying get coverage to all rooms without spending a bundel on hardware. The best option would be for you get bids from local LAN/WAN computer companies in your area. They should be able to survey the site and provide you with a free estimate. I would simply start with the Yellow Pages.
