Hi capncurly,

Firstly, I’d like to know what you see under ’other devices’ under ‘Device manager’. Please follow the steps mentioned below to open ‘Device manager’.

1. Click on ‘Start’ button.
2. Right Click on ‘My Computer’ and select ‘Properties’.
3. On ‘System properties’ screen, click on ‘Hardware’ tab.
4. Click on ‘Device Manager’.
5. Click on ‘+’ sign beside ‘Other devices’.

Please reply with the details under the ‘Other devices’ or, any yellow exclamation mark on any other devices.

Based on your reply, I will be able to assist you further.

The ethernet controller, multimedia audio controller, and sm bus controller have yellow exclamations next to them. I have tried the R52043.exe, R56237.exe, and R56238.exe files as well
