Using the network wizard is often dangerous and sets things up wrong.  The reason for this has always confused me, but I have come to the conclusion that it is because people don't always have enough knowledge to correctly answer the questions that the wizard asks.   It is relatively simple to set things up manually and once having done that, you will have a much better idea of how the network is set up and where to go if you need to troubleshoot problems.  A tutorial for manually setting up networks can be found at:

If you have a USB Flash drive all you really need to know is the name of the network (SSID) and the WPA key.  You can then transfer those settings to the new machine via the flash drive.  All this is done via the Wizard, but I agree with Steve, you answer one question wrong and you could be in for a long day.
