if you mean share files on your school pc to your home pc i doubt it since your school is probably loaded up with security software, but you could upload files/ burn to cd etc files from your school pc to use at home, you could also try to use remote software on your home pc so you can access it from school, but it leaves your pc open to being hacked to some extent

You can't access files if they are on another network by using 'share this folder'. but you can create an ftp, put your files there and create a password to protect files. sure the password is not required thing, but it would be more safe. here are some tutorials hot to create ftp:
