Thank you for answering...I ended up going to the Geek Squad over at Best Buy and it turned out to be the settings on my Pc-cillin internet security software being set to give me a bit more protection than what I needed!

 

Sometimes it is just slow or overloaded servers that cause this.  Have you tried downloading at a different time of the day?
