If this happens while copying, then look at the printer settings for default settings. The default copy, scan and printer settings are on each printer.
If this is happening while printing from the computer, the program you're using, like internet Explorer, click on file, print preview and there should be settings there. I use Mozilla Firefox and it has shrink to fit. It can be small or two many pages. I adjust it to may preferences so I can print everything on one page, if it's a coupon.
