Some one please help...
I tried calling DELL support but they just confused me. When i did a system wipe i did everything correctly. Later it asked for me to register Windows XP. So i did. BUT. I needed an internet connection. For some reason i don't have an internet connecttion. I went to My Network Places. and did everything i could. But my comp couldn' find my wireless connection. So i can't register for my computer.

You say "When i did a system wipe i did everything correctly", does that mean that you reformatted the hard driver, reinstalled Windows, installed the chipset drivers before installing any other drivers, then installed the drivers for your ethernet network adapter, wireless network adapter, video card, sound card, and modem? If not, which step did you skip?
