Sprint Built in wireless

Question

SO I'm looking into getting a new Inspirion, and I'm interested in getting the Sprint inbuilt wireless card, but when I asked Sprint what plan prices were (on their website they only have actual cards and Phone As Modem options) they tell me that those are the only options and they don't have any inuilt cards, yet Dell is obviously offering it, so does anyone know what the deal is? Sprint told me to contact Dell, but all I can find is 'Contact Sprint for plan details'. I'd like to just send an email to Dell,  but there's no option to do that through the site so I thought I'd try this. I just want to know what plan rates are, and if they're the same as they're regual data plans or what...even info on Verizon would be helpful, since dealing with Sprint is begining to be a hassel, even though I'm a 'valued customer'. If anyone can offer help, it would greatly appreciated!!

I can't offer any help on this but I will agree that sprint has been getting real bad in their support. I also read where they fired 1000 customers because they complained too much (can you believe that). I will be leaving sprint wireless after 7 years to go to AT&T because Sprint really doesn't care about their customers any more.

I just bought the card from dell, called sprint and setup an account.  Sprint sent me the Pantech card for free.   Then once everything arrived I called their activation center and told them I didnt want to use the Pantech card and had my own novatel card (what the dell card is IIRC) that I wanted to use.  She just erased the other card, inputted my new ESN from the internal card, and it was up and running.   Now I just gotta figure out if I can get the GPS features of the novatel card to work in my D420, I dont see why it would only work on 'select' latitudes.
