I'm assuming this is an upgrade to Windows 10 on your system and that the Bose speakers were working correctly prior to the upgrade? Did they work at any point with Windows 10 or have you had the problem since the upgrade?
I would also recommend checking the specs on the Bose speakers to make sure they're compatible with Windows 10. (I assume they are but you never really know)
Check out those articles I linked and I bet you'll find the steps needed to fix the problem. If not, please let us know and we'll see what else we can suggest to help.

First, I would recommend checking out our Bluetooth Support Article, where you will find most of the troubleshooting steps that will help you out. I would also recommend checking out this Microsoft Article on Fixing and connecting bluetooth devices in Windows 10.
I would also recommend checking the specs on the Bose speakers to make sure they're compatible with Windows 10. (I assume they are but you never really know)
