Studio 1555 wireless doesn't seem to be on

hI

Similar problem--wireless doesn't seem to be on.  WiFi network fine on other machine.  Was working fine on this  machine 4 days ago. In addition 1) internet on/off button on function key doesn't work, 2)  System internals says it is an AMD processor when in fact it is Intel, 3)CD eject button doesn't work. Gett messages wifi not running.

Here is system info:

jerryb999,

Try running Finding System Information REMOVE YOUR PRODUCT ID and post the rest of the information back here.

Can you connect when you're next to the wireless router?

What virus program are you using and firewall?

Is Google Chrome installed on this system?

Jerryb999,

Restore your system back to when it was working, this should take care of the problem.
