I would suggest you to perform a component test on the network card using Dell PC Diagnostics. Click the link mentioned below to download Dell PC Diagnostics:
I appreciate your help Manshu, thank you but I am unable to access the Internet using the Studio XPS 13 Laptop and POSTed the initial note (and this reply) from Desktop. I tried to download the Dell PC Diagnostic tool to a memory stick but was unable to do so. Do you have another suggestion that you can offer being that I am unable to access the Internet with the Laptop but can access the Internet with another computer?
Hello Manshu, I tried to follow your instructions but ran into problems. First, I copied the DellPCDiagnostic file (39KB) to the Laptop but when I clicked OPEN and OPEN as Administrator, a box opened up and I clicked RUN but nothing happened. The Diagnostics program would NOT run. So I tried to install the R248337 Driver and ran into more problems. I received an error message advising "1515 Adapter Device Not Found - The drover may not be present or could have been ejected/unplugged from the system. Aborting the install please reinsert the card and try the installer again. I checked Device Manager-->Network and it said that the adapter was Dell Wireless 1510 NW LAN mini-card so I went back to the Dell Support Website and tried to download the 1510 Driver only to discover that it was the SAME R248337 File that was rejected earlier. Your help would be appreciated again Manshu.
Hello Manshu and that you again for your help, I restored the system to March 1 and the connectivity icon on the System Tray was still RED. I don't believe that there is an On-Off button the Laptop to tour the Wireless Adapt on or off (it's always on) so I am ready for your next suggestion.
Hello again Manshu, after Restoring the system to an earlier point, which I know that the Wireless Adapter was working, failed, I figured that the INTERNAL Wireless Adapter probably was the problem so I installed an EXTERNAL adapter and vola, I WAS able to connect so I have a few NEW questions, first what type of Internal Adapter do I need? Next, where do I purchase it and last, how do I install it (a link to a diagram for opening the Laptop, removing the old Wireless Adapter and installing a new Wireless Adapter)?

I forgot to ask if the Dell Wireless 1515 (11agn) WLAN half mini-Card (Atheros), v.8.0.0.239, A03-2 the Driver that I should install Manshu?

Hi Bob,
It depends on the wireless installed on the system.
Check the wireless card installed on the system using the link mentioned below:

It should be one of these wireless cards:
Dell Wireless 1397 Half-Height Mini-Card
Dell Wireless 1515 Half-Height Mini-Card
Dell Wireless 1510 Half-Height Mini-Card
Download it on a thumb drive and update the driver on the system.

I would suggest you to try performing system restore for the date the system was working fine. Click the link mentioned below for more information:
NOTE: System restore will remove the applications installed after the restore point but will not delete any data files.
