Switching between wireless and wired

I have an Inspiron 8500 and I have it configured to work on my wireless network at home. I recently was afforded a nice wired connection at work. Is there a utility or function that will allow me to select the wired network for connection when I am at work, and select the wireless connection when I am at home?

Try the F2 key.

How will the F2 key help in this situation?

I do not have an internal wireless card. I have an external Motorola 825

I have the internal 10/100 card.

Will the FN/F2 do the same for that?

No, not with your config.

Assuming it is detachable, you could simply remove the wireless adapter when you are at work.

Or just right click the adapter and "disable".
