System is rebooting after network connection

Hello. I have sucessfully installed a MS Windows 2003 Server (german) Enterprise Edition on my Latitude D505. I need that software for the training to the MCP Windows 2003 Server.

After the network connection ist established, the system report a COM+ failure an reboots within 50 seconds.

From where could the problem come from, do i need any different network drivers?

Thanks for your help.

Heinz

That's almost certainly the "Blaster" worm or something similar.

Symantec's description: http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/w32.blaster.worm.html

Microsoft's description: http://www.microsoft.com/security/incident/blast.asp

Note that Microsoft reports that Windows 2003 server is vulnerable.

After installing all actual drivers via ISDN connection, the system run's fine.
