System Prompts about Debugging while Internet Surfing...

When I visit random pages on the Internet, I can get anywhere between 1 and 10 monotonous prompts with the title 'Error' from Windows saying:   'A Runtime Eror has occured.   Do you wish to Debug?  Line: 96  Error: Expected 'j' '   And I can then choose to 'debug' or not to do so.  If I choose 'No,' that prompt goes away, and another one just like it but with a different 'line' and 'error' could pop up, or they could just stop.    However, if I click 'Yes,' I get another prompt with the title 'Just-In-Time Debugging' saying:   'An exception 'Runtime Error' has occured in Script.   However, no debuggers are registered that can debug this exception.  Unable to JIT debug.  '    Why is this happening and what can I do to fix it?

look in internet options>advanced and check disable script debugging.
