Do the following results of an internet search using Google.com help you resolve the issue:
http://www.google.com/search?sourceid=navclient&ie=UTF-8&rls=DIUS,DIUS:2006-22,DIUS:en&q=WORKGROUP+domain%2fworkgroup+does+not+contain+any+terminal+servers
