THINKVANTAGE ACCESS CONNECTION COMPATIBILITY WITH INSPIRON

hi all. i have a dell inspiron 600m. as we all know, windows program cannot differentiate 2 routers with the same name. for example, if we have 2 linksys routers nearby with the same broadcast name 'linksysrouter', the windows can only display one 'linksysrouter' found nearby. that means, if one the router's signal is low and the other one is high, u will be quite often disconnected from the router. as far as i know, only thinkvantage access connection can display 2 different routers, although they may have the exact same broadcast name. does anyone have any program or something that can display 2 different routers with the exact same broadcast name? or is the thinkvantage ibm access connection compatible with inspirion laptop? i have tried to install the ibm access connection, but i just cant seem to get it to work. pls help me. thank you!

Even though the SSIDs are identical, the MAC Addresses are not.  Network Stumbler can identify by MAC Address but it cannot help you connect - it will show to which network your computer is connected.  If you want to run Network Stumbler, remember to disable its Auto Reconfigure option or it may turn off your wireless connection manager.
